So your electric over hydraulic brake actuator is receiving a standard brake controller output signal to tell it how to operate your EOH trailer brakes. So it would be possible that you could take this circuit (most likely blue wire) and extend it from where it connects to the actuator to the back of the first trailer so that you could then connect it to the electric brakes of your second trailer. The Progressive Dynamics # PD4590CSV is designed as a replacement for the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center # PD4590K18LS8. It is not made as a replacement for the WFCO 9990, and unfortunately we do not offer a converter section that will be compatible.
